Overview

This notice covers the local single-player editions and the Douyin / TapTap mini-game editions of Hetero-Genesis. The studio does not run a game account or gameplay-data server. Mini-games use their host platform and are not standalone offline APKs.

Advertising is disabled in the current prepared builds. Advertising, if enabled in a later build, requires an updated channel-specific disclosure and a separate choice before any ad request or preload. Continuing past a health or privacy notice is not advertising consent.

Data Collection

Game code does not request your legal name, identity documents, birth date, phone number, profile picture, nickname, friends, location, camera, microphone, photos, Bluetooth, sensors or clipboard permissions. It has no chat, user submissions, in-app purchases or online leaderboard.

Window and system information is used to adapt the display and run the mini-game. The studio does not upload local saves, experiment identifiers or diagnostic logs. Host platforms independently process information needed for their accounts, runtime, security and statutory identity / minor-protection services, under their own policies.

Local Game Data

The game may store gameplay data locally on your device to support normal play, including:

• settings and preferences;
• tutorial completion state;
• progress, unlocks, and in-game records;
• unfinished run progress used to continue a session.
• gene points, optional ad reward and frequency records, privacy choices and a locally generated random experiment group.

These records are kept on the device or in the mini-game host's local storage for progress and choices. Clear game data through the host or operating system to remove them; this also loses progress. The studio has no server copy. Uninstallation and host backup behavior depend on the platform; manage platform-held data through its privacy controls.

Children

The current China-facing developer age notice is 16+ for fantasy creature combat and organ damage; it is not identity verification or an official age-rating decision. Minors should use the game with guardian guidance and follow the host's identity and play-time restrictions. The studio does not collect identity documents itself.

Third-Party Services

• TapTap mini-game: TapTap Unity WebGL SDK 2.0.21, provided by 易玩（上海）网络科技有限公司, for conversion/runtime, host storage and window adaptation. Platform account, identity and play restrictions remain with TapTap. TapTap privacy policy.
• Douyin mini-game: Douyin TTSDK 6.9.5 and Douyin host storage/window APIs. The sidebar reads entry-source fields only. Account, identity and play restrictions remain with Douyin. Read the current platform policy and manage account rights in Douyin's privacy settings. Official developer platform.
• Other standalone Android APKs (excluding the Haoyou Kuaibao Android Demo): no native ad SDK or studio online service is enabled. If launched through TapPlay, TapTap provides the platform account and minor-protection services; a standalone APK does not automatically gain those protections. TapPlay explanation.

The SDK versions above describe the prepared candidates, not proof that a game is live or that ads are approved. No friend/profile permissions are requested by this game's code. Host / SDK behavior must not be interpreted as zero platform processing.

Your Rights and Contact

Email qianxi36355@gmail.com for questions, complaints, or access, correction and deletion of information the studio actually holds. Request emails are used only to resolve the request, then deleted unless retention is legally necessary. We respond within 15 working days after necessary verification. Do not send identity numbers or other sensitive documents unsolicited. Contact the host for platform accounts and platform-held data.

For any later enabled advertising version, you can refuse or withdraw in settings without losing normal free play or base rewards. Withdrawal stops new requests; deletion of information already processed by a platform follows that platform's procedure.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the game, store configuration, SDKs, permissions, or platform features change. The latest version will be published on this page.

适用范围：《异构进化》的本地单机版本和抖音、TapTap 小游戏版本。天阳工作室不运营游戏注册账号或游戏数据服务器。小游戏依赖宿主平台，与独立离线APK不同。

本地记录：游戏在本地或宿主本地存储中保存设置、教程状态、进度、解锁、未完成游玩的继续记录、基因点、广告奖励与频控记录、隐私选择和本地随机实验分组。工作室不上传存档正文、随机分组标识或诊断日志，不持有这些记录的服务端副本。

权限和功能：游戏代码不请求真实姓名、证件、出生日期、手机号、昵称头像、好友、位置、相机、麦克风、相册、蓝牙、传感器或剪切板权限。没有聊天、用户投稿、内购或联网排行榜。窗口及系统信息用于适配显示和运行小游戏。

实际平台服务：TapTap小游戏使用易玩（上海）网络科技有限公司提供的TapTap Unity WebGL SDK 2.0.21及宿主存储、窗口接口；抖音小游戏使用TTSDK 6.9.5及抖音宿主存储、窗口接口，侧边栏仅读取进入来源。平台账号、运行安全、实名与防沉迷由对应宿主处理，并适用其隐私政策。上述版本描述准备中的候选包，不代表已上线或已开通广告。TapTap政策见上方链接；抖音政策可在抖音隐私设置中查阅。不能把游戏代码不上传记录理解为宿主不处理任何信息。

其他独立Android APK（不含好游快爆 Android Demo）：当前没有原生广告SDK、工作室联网服务或数据上传。通过TapPlay启动时，TapTap提供平台账号及防沉迷服务；独立安装包不会因此自动获得这些保护。快爆渠道包的数据处理以专页为准。

广告：当前准备包默认关闭广告，不请求或预加载。后续启用前须更新实际渠道服务、数据类型、用途及退出方式，并单独征求选择。健康提示或隐私说明中的继续、关闭不是广告同意。拒绝广告不影响免费游玩和基础奖励；可在设置中撤回，撤回后停止新请求。平台已处理的数据按其程序申请删除。

保留和删除：本地数据为恢复进度和保存选择而保留，可通过宿主清理游戏数据或系统清除应用数据删除，同时会失去进度。卸载和备份行为以平台为准；平台账号及平台保存的数据须通过对应平台隐私设置处理。

联系和权利：通过 qianxi36355@gmail.com 咨询、投诉，或申请查阅、更正、删除工作室实际持有的信息。来信仅用于处理请求，完成后除依法需要外删除；必要核实后15个工作日内答复。请勿主动发送身份证号等敏感资料。涉及平台账号、平台数据时请联系相应平台。

未成年人：当前中国渠道的开发者适龄提示为16+，包含幻想生物战斗及器官受损表现；这不是实名认证或官方分级结论。未成年人应在监护人指导下使用，遵守宿主实名和时段限制。工作室不自行收集身份资料。
